Simply Wed is dedicated to creating a package that is perfect for you. We offer a few simple packages as a starting point, and anything can be customized from there to match your unique needs. Because each couple has unique requirements, we don’t limit packages by number of meetings or time frames. Instead, we start with a basic list of “to-dos” and mold the package to your needs from there. We strictly limit our bookings so no matter how little or how much assistance you need, Simply Wed is committed to providing the absolute best in service for your wedding!
Simply Wed collaborates with an experienced, high-quality group of preferred vendors. We can refer you to talented companies and individuals in many fields, personalizing your wedding for your style and your budget, giving it the touch that is Simply You.
Planning a multi-cultural, religious or same-sex wedding? Simply Wed has experience in planning a variety of wedding styles including Commitment Ceremonies, Jewish Weddings, Hindu Indian Ceremonies, Chinese Tea Ceremonies, Catholic Filipino Weddings, Vietnamese Weddings, Korean, and many combinations of the above!
Planning Packages
Wedding Day Direction
Includes initial planning meeting; custom vendor recommendations; vendor contract management; final vendor confirmations; site evaluation; creation of wedding schedule and informational documents; follow-up consultation; rehearsal direction; and myself plus an assistant spending the entire wedding day with you, start to finish.
Complete Wedding Production
Includes all services listed in the Wedding Day Direction as well as vendor negotiation; scheduling and meeting with all vendors; budget creation and management; creation of month-by-month planning checklist; complete design and layout of the wedding reception and ceremony; the planning of all the intricate details from invitations and favors to floral and décor; and additional planning meetings as needed.
Ultimate Wedding Experience
Includes all services listed in both options listed above as well as the planning of other wedding-related events such as the rehearsal dinner and after-wedding brunch; assistance assembling wedding items such as invitations and favors; and personal shopping trips.
Custom Destination Wedding
Includes everything in the Complete Wedding Production package planned at the destination location of your choice outside of the Greater Seattle area. Travel fees are additional and charged on a case-by-case basis.

In-House Floral & Design
Simply Wed is proud to offer exclusive in-house floral and design services. Our team’s combined background in fashion, art, gardening, design, floral and events come together to create a look that is stunningly beautiful, lush, seasonal and perfectly you. These services are entirely customized to your needs, including style, budget and personality. While we lean towards a less-is-more approach, our end goal is to create the wedding look of your dreams!

Honeymoon Planning
Simply Wed can assist you in planning the honeymoon of your dreams at no extra cost to you! We work with both local and international travel agents to take care of every detail of your trip so that you can relax and enjoy after the hard work of planning your wedding.
